<h3>About the Role</h3><p style="min-height:1.5em">This is a high-ownership, hands-on position that puts you directly alongside the CEO of a fast-growing, early-stage AI SaaS company serving the wholesale distribution industry. You'll work across GTM, Product, Engineering, operations, and fundraising — clearing blockers, driving strategic initiatives, and building the operational foundations the company needs to scale. This is not a support role; you'll own outcomes end-to-end and grow into a generalist operator with deep exposure across every function of the business.</p><h3>What You'll Do</h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Act as the CEO's right hand, working on the company's highest-priority initiatives across all functions.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Own cross-functional projects end-to-end — from scoping and execution through to reporting outcomes back to leadership.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Build and refine internal processes and operational infrastructure designed to scale with the company.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Support strategic work including market analysis, partnership evaluation, fundraising materials, and new market entry.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Translate between GTM, Product, and Engineering teams to maintain alignment and momentum.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Identify and clear blockers, connecting dots across teams without needing a step-by-step playbook.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Jump in to resolve urgent issues and take full responsibility for timely outcomes.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Take on a broad range of responsibilities — across fundraising, GTM, product, hiring, and operations — to learn fast and grow fast.</p></li></ul><h3>What We're Looking For</h3><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Required:</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">1–2 years of experience in an early-stage startup, VC, or consulting environment, with a track record of delivering cross-functional projects end-to-end.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Demonstrated ability to deliver results in high-pressure environments with limited resources and no playbook.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Full professional fluency in both German and English (spoken and written) — non-negotiable.</strong></p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Proactive, entrepreneurial self-starter who identifies what needs to happen and makes it happen with minimal direction.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Structured thinker who biases toward action and iterates quickly with incomplete information.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Calm and composed under pressure with a high tolerance for shifting priorities and competing demands.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong cross-functional communicator — comfortable bridging technical and commercial teams.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Nice to Have:</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Basic financial fluency — comfort with budgets, models, or business cases.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Prior exposure to B2B SaaS, sales intelligence, or distribution-sector businesses.</p></li></ul><h3>Compensation & Benefits</h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Salary:</strong> €60,000 – €80,000 per year, depending on experience.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Direct access to senior leadership and broad exposure across all business functions from day one.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Fast-paced, high-learning environment with real ownership and impact.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><em>Please note: visa sponsorship is not available for this role.</em></p><h3>Location</h3><p style="min-height:1.5em">This is a <strong>full-time, on-site role</strong> based in <strong>Berlin, Germany</strong>.
