Here,&nbsp;you’ll&nbsp;rise as an industry leader, push the boundaries of innovation, own your journey, and thrive as part of an inclusive global community&nbsp;that’s&nbsp;redefining the future of commerce.&nbsp; About the&nbsp;Role:&nbsp; We are&nbsp;seeking&nbsp;an experienced and strategic Director of EMEA Marketing to lead the marketing function across Europe.&nbsp;This role owns the EMEA marketing function end-to-end, partnering with global marketing leadership on shared standards while holding full accountability for regional strategy and results, reporting&nbsp;into our GM of EMEA.&nbsp;&nbsp;The Director will lead the EMEA marketing organization through a team of managers, each owning a discipline (demand gen, partner marketing, content), and will reconcile competing priorities across sales, product, corporate leadership, and global functional heads as the senior voice for EMEA. Responsibilities:&nbsp; <ul> <li>Set and own EMEA marketing strategy, contributing directly to how the global function evaluates and refines its overall approach across regions&nbsp;</li> <li>Shape and set EMEA marketing strategy and&nbsp;methodology, contributing directly to how the global function evaluates and refines its overall approach across regions&nbsp;</li> <li>Lead and manage a high-performing marketing team; set performance expectations and foster talent development&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Oversee integrated marketing campaigns across digital, content, and traditional channels with close collaboration on regional execution of global campaigns&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Shape regional marketing&nbsp;methodology&nbsp;and priorities, influencing how global strategy itself is defined for EMEA and other regions&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Partner with the global product marketing team to localize messaging, positioning, and product strategies for key EMEA markets&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Partner with the global demand generation team to localize campaigns and strategies for key EMEA markets; ensure regional market fit and sales alignment&nbsp;</li> <li>Work with the global events team to ensure EMEA representation and participation; tailor global event strategies for regional relevance&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Drive lead generation and pipeline development in collaboration with regional sales teams&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Measure campaign performance and ROI through data analytics; provide regular reporting to leadership on regional performance health&nbsp;</li> </ul> &nbsp;Skills &amp; Qualifications:&nbsp; <ul> <li>12+ years of marketing experience, including senior leadership responsibility across regional or global functions&nbsp;</li> <li>Proven experience leading marketing teams and managing regional/global marketing functions&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Strong&nbsp;expertise&nbsp;in B2B marketing (experience in SaaS, technology, or professional services preferred)&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Demonstrated success developing and executing integrated marketing strategies&nbsp;</li> <li>Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and drive insights&nbsp;</li> <li>Proficiency&nbsp;with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools&nbsp;</li> <li>Experience working in matrix organizations and collaborating across functions&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, results-driven environment&nbsp;</li> <li>Ability to challenge the “status-quo” and not be afraid to test new, bold ideas&nbsp;</li> </ul> #LI-remote<div class="content-conclusion">Pacvue is committed to employing a diverse workforce.
