Following our recent $80m Series C funding, we are ready to push beyond.</p><p style="min-height: 1.7em;"></p><p><strong>The opportunity</strong></p><p>We are seeking a <strong>Talent Acquisition Partner,</strong> an individual who is passionate about enabling a product-led organisation by engaging and hiring the right talent across different Business areas globally. Opportunity to learn from experts and have a high impact on a organisation who prioritises Talent.</p><p style="min-height: 1.7em;"></p><p><strong>What you will do:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Own hiring end-to-end, from intake through offer, across the <strong>Business</strong> areas globally as your primary area of depth, but not limited to it.</p></li><li><p>Build your business acumen around your business areas and be a true Talent Partner to the business.</p></li><li><p>Work as a peer to hiring managers and<strong> leadership:</strong> run intakes that sharpen unclear requirements, research and advice when a profile isn't feasible, calibrate on candidates, and hold the process to a standard when timelines get tight.</p></li><li><p>Develop sourcing strategies for talent that rarely applies; from passive outreach, Boolean, referrals, networking, and <strong>competitive intelligence across travel tech, marketplaces, and B2B SaaS.</strong></p></li><li><p><strong>Maintain pipelines for critical and recurring roles,</strong> so we're not starting from zero each time a requisition opens.</p></li><li><p>Coach hiring managers on interviewing and keep our assessment consistent as teams grow.</p></li><li><p>Use hiring data, funnel conversion, time-to-hire, and source effectiveness to change how we hire, not just to report on it.</p></li><li><p>Manage delivery and efficiency by keeping the ATS accurate, managing candidate experience, and project managing several pipelines.</p></li><li><p>Participate on a series of projects and initiatives that drive talent intelligence without compromising your core role.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height: 1.7em;"></p><p><strong>Workplace:</strong> Berlin & Hybrid</p> <br> <p><strong>Who you are:</strong></p><ul><li><p>You want to grow, learn and be a true Business Talent Partner to an exciting business and industry</p></li><li><p>You have a high level of integrity and intellectual humility, it is about putting the right attitude in</p></li><li><p>You are driven, ambitious and willing to put the work necessary to be successful </p></li><li><p>Ideally, your bring some experience in Talent Partnership, finding the right talent for an organisation and ability to work at scale </p></li><li><p>You are able to bring concepts, findings and relevant angles to a conversation, based by data, not impressions. </p></li><li><p>For this role, we are looking for someone to be dedicated to Commercial, Finance, Legal, and People. But we are not a super big team, so willing to supports across Operations, Product & Technology and also welcome.</p></li><li><p>You have strong stakeholder management with senior hiring managers.
