Then join our team and apply today for the region around Neu-Isenburg close to Frankfurt am Main, based on a 40-hour workweek with a salary range of approximately 60,000 - 75,000 euros gross per year + a company car asSenior Project Manager (m/f/d) – Converged Security and Workforce Management!<h3>Main Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>You will be responsible for the successful implementation of customer projects in the field of Converged Security - from order receipt through to successful commissioning.</li><li>In this role, you will coordinate the various project stakeholders and ensure smooth collaboration between customers, subcontractors, technicians, and colleagues from Presales Consulting.</li><li>You will plan and manage budgets, deadlines, resources, and project progress, while keeping customer requirements in mind at all times.</li><li>Together with the customer, you will analyze technical and organizational requirements and oversee their implementation in hardware and software solutions.</li><li>You will ensure that business processes and security requirements are optimally mapped in our systems and applications.</li><li>You coordinate hardware installation by external service providers and plan the subsequent testing, commissioning, and acceptance of the systems by our service technicians.</li><li>For software-related services, you work closely with our specialists from Presales Consulting and support resource and deployment planning.</li><li>You identify project risks early on, develop appropriate solutions, and ensure the financially successful execution of your projects.</li><li>In addition, you organize project meetings, training sessions, and customer acceptance tests, and serve as the primary point of contact throughout the entire project.</li></ul> <h3>Key Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Completed technical training, e.g., as an IT systems technician (m/f/d), electronics technician (m/f/d), IT specialist (m/f/d), or a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, information technology, security engineering, industrial engineering, or a comparable field.</li><li>Initial experience in managing technical projects, ideally in the fields of security engineering, IT systems, access control, time and attendance management, or building automation.</li><li>Technical understanding of both hardware and software solutions.</li><li>Enthusiasm for integrating technical systems with business processes and translating customer requirements into practical solutions.</li><li>A structured, independent, and cost-effective approach to work.</li><li>Experience coordinating various stakeholders, service providers, or project partners is a plus.</li><li>Strong communication and organizational skills.</li><li>Very good command of German and good written and spoken English.</li><li>Class B driver’s license.</li></ul><h3>Your Benefits</h3>What makes working with us great?We take care of you while you take care of your business!
