Senior Process & Production Engineer

<h2>Responsibilities:</h2><p>· Set up and build an Engineering Department</p><p>· Lead and Supervise a team (Process & Production Engineer, Maintenance operator, HPASA Engineer)</p><p>· Digitalisation of the production and warehousing (Bar Code System)</p><p>· Process Analysis and Improvements for existing production lines</p><p>· Introduction of new products into production scale in cooperation with R&D</p><p>· Introduction of new technologies on plant scale</p><p>· Finding Engineering solutions for plant problems</p><p>· Support & Backup for the Site Manager</p><p>· Supervision/ Optimizing plant maintenance including buildings and general site</p><p>· Supervision/ Optimization Site Security Systems (Cameras, lone worker system etc.)</p><p>· Further development of statistical tools to control process and quality</p><p>· Interaction with equipment suppliers, organisation and evaluation of trials</p><p>· Interaction and cooperation with QC, R&D, EH&S, Sales Departments</p><p>· Cooperation with the EH&S department to keep high levels of safety </p><p> </p><p>Requirements: </p><p>Degree in Engineering, preferably Chemical Engineering</p><p>Good chemical knowledge</p><p>Experience in a production environment preferred</p><p>Experience with ATEX procedures preferred</p><p>Experience in Team Leadership on plant or division level</p><p>Good communication skills</p><p>Hands on mentality as it is a hands-on job</p><p>Creativity in finding engineering solutions</p><p>Computer literacy for Microsoft office software</p><p>High Awareness of Health & Safety procedures</p><p>Willingness to work flexible hours as required</p><p></p><p> </p><p><strong> </strong></p><p></p><p>Find <a href="https://www.arbeitnow.co.uk">Jobs in United Kingdom</a> on Arbeitnow</a>
