Senior QA / Test Engineer (w/m/x/d)

Your work lets every team ship quickly and with confidence.<br><br>Note: This role is Berlin based.</p><br><strong>Your Responsibility</strong><p><ul><li>Design test strategy and acceptance criteria together with development and product</li><li>Build and maintain mobile and web end-to-end automation and run it in CI</li><li>Test APIs and backend services, including contract and data validation</li><li>Run performance, load and security testing across mobile, web and APIs</li><li>Assist in release validation and the final human sign-off on every release</li><li>Set up production monitoring and follow findings through to a fix</li><li>Effectively deploy and use AI agents</li></ul></p><br><strong>Your Experience</strong><p><ul><li>5+ years in QA automation, site reliability or a closely related engineering role</li><li>Proficiency in TypeScript or JavaScript and Python, and a firm grasp of backend, frontend and database concepts</li><li>Mobile end-to-end automation with Appium, Detox or Maestro on iOS and Android</li><li>Web end-to-end automation with Playwright; Selenium or Cypress also welcome</li><li>API, performance and security testing, including OWASP basics, with tools such as Postman and k6</li><li>CI pipeline authoring, such as GitLab CI or GitHub Actions, and SQL for data validation</li><li>Clear bug reports and acceptance criteria that others can act on</li><li>A valid driving licence (EU category B or equivalent); testing the product includes trips on the road.</li></ul>Highly desired<br><ul><li>Experience in mobility, logistics or another operations-heavy consumer product</li><li>Testing payment flows in a consumer or business product</li><li>Monitoring and observability tooling for production systems</li><li>Writing test code in Go or another typed backend language</li><li>GDPR-aware test data handling</li><li>Accessibility and usability testing</li></ul>Don't tick every box?
