<p>We are currently supporting a client in the automotive sector who is in the <strong>final implementation phase of SAP eInvoicing for its French entities</strong>.</p> <p>The solution is already largely implemented and needs to be ready for the upcoming <strong>French eInvoicing go-live requirements</strong>. To support the existing project team during this critical phase, we are looking for an experienced <strong>SAP FI / eInvoicing Functional Expert with hands-on France implementation experience</strong>.</p> <p>This is a short-term, part-time assignment focused on resolving remaining blocking points, supporting the existing implementation team and helping ensure a successful and compliant go-live.</p> <ul> <li><strong>Start:</strong> ASAP</li> <li><strong>Workload:</strong> approx. 4 hours/day (50%)</li> <li><strong>Duration:</strong> approx. 4 weeks</li> <li><strong>Location:</strong> 100% remote</li> <li><strong>Languages:</strong> French & English required</li> <li><strong>Contract type:</strong> Freelance</li> </ul> <h2>Tasks</h2> <ul> <li>Support the final implementation phase of <strong>SAP eInvoicing for French legal entities</strong></li> <li>Analyse and resolve remaining <strong>functional and process-related blocking points</strong> before go-live</li> <li>Provide hands-on expertise regarding <strong>French eInvoicing requirements and SAP implementation</strong></li> <li>Support the configuration and functional usage of <strong>SAP DRC / SAP eDocument / eDocument Cockpit</strong></li> <li>Analyse eDocument processing issues and support troubleshooting together with the existing SAP and Finance teams</li> <li>Ensure correct integration of eInvoicing requirements into relevant <strong>SAP FI processes</strong></li> <li>Work closely with Finance, Tax, IT and the existing project team to resolve open implementation topics</li> <li>Support testing, validation and preparation for production readiness</li> <li>Provide pragmatic recommendations and hands-on support to keep the implementation on schedule</li> </ul> <h2>Requirements</h2> <ul> <li><strong>Strong functional SAP FI experience</strong></li> <li><strong>Proven hands-on experience implementing eInvoicing for France</strong></li> <li>Strong knowledge of <strong>French electronic invoicing requirements and processes</strong></li> <li>Practical experience with <strong>SAP DRC (Document and Reporting Compliance), SAP eDocument and/or eDocument Cockpit</strong></li> <li>Previous involvement in at least one <strong>SAP eInvoicing implementation or rollout for French entities</strong></li> <li>Strong understanding of the integration between <strong>eInvoicing and SAP Finance processes</strong></li> <li>Experience in implementation, testing, troubleshooting and go-live preparation</li> <li>Ability to quickly understand an existing implementation and independently resolve open issues</li> <li><strong>Fluent French</strong></li> <li><strong>Fluent English</strong></li> <li>Availability for approximately <strong>4 hours per day over the next 4 weeks</strong></li> </ul> <p>Find more <a href="https://www.arbeitnow.com/english-speaking-jobs">English Speaking Jobs in Germany</a> on Arbeitnow</a>
