We’re a group that chooses to lift each other up and think smart every day.<ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li>At least 4 years as an administrator/superuser of enterprise-level marketing systems - ideally a marketing automation platform (e.g. Braze, Iterable, Adobe Campaign) or customer data platform (e.g. Twilio Segment, Hightouch)</li><li>Comfort working on or around data integrations in frontend and backend contexts</li><li>Passionate about novel, multi-disciplinary problem-solving - you enjoy working with evolving technologies, bridging domains of expertise, and can demonstrate your success in solving for commercial objectives.</li><li>Experience with operations incorporating AI/agentic workflows, or use of AI agents inside marketing platforms</li><li>Comfort with complex spreadsheets or smartsheets using Excel/G-Sheet formulas</li><li>Excellent stakeholder communication skills and an enthusiasm for collaboration with both technical and non-technical colleagues</li></ul>Skills we’d love to see:<ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li>Familiarity working with real-time data flows and event-driven decision-making in marketing platforms</li><li>Familiarity with common platform integration methods (website tag managers, API authentication, retry/error handling, JSON, webhooks)</li><li>Ability to interpret and edit JavaScript/Python code, and comfort articulating and discussing technical requests to engineers</li><li>Familiarity working with or around “big data”, using tools like AWS Athena, SQL/dbt</li><li>Experience working in the financial sector or another regulated industry</li></ul>We’re building a place where everyone truly feels they belong.
