Strategic Valuation & Modeling - Senior Manager

<p>We are currently looking for an ambitious and diligent individual to join our Strategic Valuation &amp; Modeling team in Frankfurt or Munich as a Senior Manager. In this role, you will work with experts in the field of valuations, transformation, restructurings and transaction services, but will mainly focus on:</p><ul><li><p>Performing and reviewing complex valuation models</p></li><li><p>You value companies, intangible and tangible assets as well as strategic alternatives in connection with tax, transactional and accounting matters</p></li><li><p>You provide support with fairness opinions to assess the appropriateness of transaction prices and structure</p></li><li><p>Identifying and understanding the key business drivers and provide value to the client through our services and the deliverables we produce</p></li><li><p>Being responsible for the day-to-day management of engagements and act as the main point of contact for clients in this process</p></li><li><p>Managing the preparation of deliverables including reports, presentations and discussions with the different stakeholders</p></li><li><p>Steering and providing guidance to more junior team members</p></li><li><p>Actively contributing to business development (both internal and external) and thought leadership is expected</p></li></ul> <br> <p>To ensure that we find the best candidate for this position, we expect our future Senior Manager to have :</p><ul><li><p>A Master’s degree in economics, engineering, science, business administration or business economics</p></li><li><p>Financial analytical skills and good accounting knowledge are considered as a prerequisite as well as giving meaning to the numbers and translate this into a well-structured report</p></li><li><p>Between six to eight years of relevant professional experience in valuations, corporate finance investment banking or corporate development/strategy</p></li><li><p>An entrepreneurial mindset and a hunger to be exposed to challenging projects</p></li><li><p>A clear opinion that you gladly share with others</p></li><li><p>A drive to solve new issues in a practical and creative manner</p></li><li><p>Fluent in MS Office (especially with Excel and PowerPoint)</p></li><li><p>Excellent communication skills and the ability to be a great team player</p></li><li><p>Fluency in German and English</p></li><li><p>Prior experience in developing and managing small teams</p></li><li><p>Eagerness to work on cross border assignments</p></li></ul><p>If you meet the above requirements and are excited about this opportunity, we encourage you to apply.</p><p>Feel free to reach out if you have any questions or need further clarification.</p><p>Find more <a href="https://www.arbeitnow.com/english-speaking-jobs">English Speaking Jobs in Germany</a> on Arbeitnow</a>
