Leveraging your accounting expertise, you transform traditional bookkeeping into highly automated, future-proof financial processes that lay the foundation for FINN's global growth</span><span data-path-to-node="0,5"><sup></sup></span></div><br><strong>Your Mission</strong><br> <li> <p data-path-to-node="2,0,0"><strong data-path-to-node="2,0,0" data-index-in-node="0">Master the General Ledger:</strong> Independently lead and reconcile general ledgers for designated entities, ensuring complete and legally compliant accounting under German GAAP (HGB).</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="2,1,0"><strong data-path-to-node="2,1,0" data-index-in-node="0">Drive financial closings:</strong> Proactively advance the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements, acting as an expert contact for external audits and tax reviews.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="2,2,0"><strong data-path-to-node="2,2,0" data-index-in-node="0">Optimize data & automation:</strong> Ensure data integrity between operational sub-systems and the general ledger, identifying and executing automation opportunities through targeted controls.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="2,3,0"><strong data-path-to-node="2,3,0" data-index-in-node="0">Manage complex structures:</strong> Oversee complex financial instruments and successfully drive special projects, such as accounting for Asset-Backed Securities (ABS) structures or receivables sales.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="2,4,0"><strong data-path-to-node="2,4,0" data-index-in-node="0">Streamline intercompany workflows:</strong> Take ownership of seamless reconciliation and settlement between entities, establishing efficient, group-wide financial processes.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="2,5,0"><strong data-path-to-node="2,5,0" data-index-in-node="0">Ensure compliance & guidelines:</strong> Guarantee strict adherence to statutory regulations as well as internal policies, serving as a reliable sparring partner for the team.</p> </li> <br><strong>Your Profile</strong><br><div><strong>Must have: </strong></div> <div> <li> <p data-path-to-node="4,0,0"><strong data-path-to-node="4,0,0" data-index-in-node="0">Deep Accounting Expertise:</strong> Extensive, practical professional experience in General Ledger accounting, ideally gained in a dynamic financial services, fintech, or fast-paced scale-up environment.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="4,1,0"><strong data-path-to-node="4,1,0" data-index-in-node="0">Strong HGB & Special Structure Knowledge:</strong> Solid domain expertise in accounting under German GAAP (HGB) along with a proven track record handling complex financial instruments (e.g., ABS structures or receivables sales), paired with a degree in business/finance or a qualification as a Certified Senior Accountant / Financial Accountant (Bilanzbuchhalter IHK).</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="4,2,0"><strong data-path-to-node="4,2,0" data-index-in-node="0">System & ERP Affinity:</strong> In-depth experience applying and optimizing modern ERP systems (preferably SAP S/4HANA), coupled with a highly analytical, structured, and numbers-driven working style.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="4,3,0"><strong data-path-to-node="4,3,0" data-index-in-node="0">Solution-Oriented Communication Skills:</strong> Strong team spirit and the ability to articulate complex financial matters with precision - German (min.
