We help brands turn them into a better customer experience, more exchanges instead of refunds, and less work for their teams.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">400+ brands run their returns on 8returns, including Tommy Hilfiger, Reebok, Fielmann and OACE. We're a small team in Berlin where everyone owns their projects end to end, with few meetings, short decision paths and direct feedback.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h3>The role</h3><p style="min-height:1.5em">You'll be the first person at 8returns who works on content full-time. You'll own our content across all channels, from LinkedIn and video to the website and product launches. Most of it will be in German, and you'll work directly with the founders.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h3>What you'll do</h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Make short videos: explainers, customer stories and a look at how we work.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Run our company LinkedIn and help the founders post on their own profiles.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Write our newsletter and grow its readership.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Plan and create the content for product launches and new features, together with Product.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Talk to Sales and Customer Success to find topics, and turn customer conversations into content.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Come up with formats you can repeat, and post regularly.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Look at the numbers to see what works, and change course when something doesn't.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p></li></ul><h3>What you bring</h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Native-level German, written and spoken. You'll write most of our content in German. Fluent English on top.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">1–3 years of experience in content, social media or marketing.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">You've built an audience or grown an account before. It doesn't have to be a huge one.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">High agency: you see what needs doing and get it done without being asked.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">You write well and know what good content looks like.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">You can film and edit a video yourself and are fine being on camera.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">You know LinkedIn and short-form video well.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">You use AI tools in your daily work.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em">You don't have to tick every box.
