With over <strong>100,000</strong> users across industries including HVAC, plumbing, electrical maintenance, facilities management, and building fabric maintenance, we are entering a new era of intelligent automation, predictive maintenance, and data-driven decision-making for service firms.</p></div><p>&nbsp;</p> <h2 id="about_the_role_0">About the role</h2> <p>We are looking for a Product Manager with strong experience in Field Service Management (FSM), Facility Management, or operational workflow-driven SaaS products.</p> <p>As a Product Manager at Joblogic, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our platform by deeply understanding how service contractors operate and translating complex operational workflows into intuitive product solutions.</p> <p>You will work closely with engineering, UX, customer-facing teams, and customers themselves to identify real-world operational challenges and build solutions that simplify the daily work of engineers, planners, helpdesk teams, and operations managers.</p> <p>This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving real operational problems, working closely with users, and building workflow-driven B2B SaaS products.</p> <h2 id="what_your_main_focus_will_be_1">What your main focus will be</h2> <p>Lead discovery with customers across&nbsp;<strong>field service and facilities management operations</strong>.</p> <p>Understand and map operational workflows including:</p> <ul> <li>Reactive maintenance jobs</li> <li>Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM)</li> <li>Scheduling and dispatch</li> <li>Field engineer mobile workflows</li> <li>Asset lifecycle management</li> <li>Quote → job → invoicing journeys</li> </ul> <h2>You will be expected to:</h2> <ol> <li>Translate complex operational problems into clear product requirements and solution design.</li> <li>Work closely with UX designers to create intuitive workflows and product experiences.</li> <li>Define and prioritise roadmap initiatives aligned with product strategy and customer value.</li> <li>Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure solutions are practical, scalable, and deliver real operational impact.</li> <li>Validate product ideas through customer interviews, field research, and prototype testing.</li> <li>Monitor product adoption, workflow performance, and user behaviour to continuously improve features.</li> <li>Partner with internal teams including Sales, Customer Success, and Support to ensure successful feature adoption.</li> </ol> <h2 id="what_you_bring_2">What you bring</h2> <ul> <li>3+ years of experience as a Product Manager within B2B SaaS environments.</li> <li>Strong understanding of Field Service Management, Facilities Management, or operational workflow-based software.</li> <li>Experience translating real-world operational processes into clear product logic and requirements.</li> <li>Strong discovery skills and ability to conduct customer interviews and uncover real problems.</li> <li>Experience collaborating closely with UX designers and engineering teams.</li> <li>Strong ability to manage stakeholders and communicate product strategy clearly.</li> <li>Structured thinking and ability to break down complex workflows into scalable product solutions.</li> <li>Comfortable working in fast-moving product environments with multiple priorities and cross-functional teams.</li> </ul> <h2 id="nice_to_have_points_3">Nice-to-have points</h2> <ul> <li>Experience working with&nbsp;<strong>CAFM / FSM / CMMS software platforms</strong>.</li> <li>Experience building products with&nbsp;<strong>scheduling engines or optimisation logic</strong>.</li> <li>Experience designing&nbsp;<strong>mobile-first workflows for frontline users</strong>.</li> <li>Familiarity with&nbsp;<strong>API-driven platforms and system integrations</strong>.</li> <li>Understanding of&nbsp;<strong>data-driven operational analytics and reporting systems</strong>.</li> </ul> <h2 id="remuneration_package_and_benefits_4">Remuneration package and benefits</h2> <ul> <li>Competitive salary based on experience</li> <li>Opportunity to work within a global SaaS product company</li> <li>Career progression opportunities as Joblogic continues to scale internationally</li> <li>Collaborative, product-focused and innovative working environment</li> <li>Regular company events and team activities</li> <li>Learning and development through Joblogic Academy</li> <li>Access to internal training and product leadership mentoring&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p><p>Find more <a href="https://www.arbeitnow.co.uk/english-speaking-jobs">English Speaking Jobs in United Kingdom</a> on Arbeitnow</a>
