The full-body scan is today's vehicle for that mission, not the destination. Neko's 2026 Procurement Transformation (Phase 2: Expansion) is scaling clinic construction and category management to keep pace with that ambition, and this role owns one of the categories with no dedicated coverage today.We are seeking an experienced Category Manager to lead all procurement activities in the Expansion and Construction domain across the EMEA region. This is a pivotal role in supporting Neko Health's ambitious clinic roll-out programme, focused primarily on the construction category, encompassing clinic fit-out, FF&E stock management and ordering, contractor management, and associated facilities services. The role will be the primary procurement partner for the Expansion and Design teams in EMEA.The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in construction and fit-out procurement in a multi-site, fast-paced environment, with the ability to set up scalable processes while simultaneously delivering against live project requirements.<h3>What You'll Deliver in the First 6–12 Months</h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li>Lead all procurement activities across the Expansion and Construction categories in the EMEA region, ensuring timely execution, value for money, compliance, and service continuity.</li><li>Drive the procurement strategy for clinic construction and fit-out, with particular focus on leading the RFP of ancillary materials and services, and supporting the RFP process for general contractors as required.</li></ul><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li>Develop and implement strategic procurement plans for key construction categories including: clinic build and fit-out, furniture and fixtures and ancillary services such as design advisory.</li></ul><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li>Develop and maintain procurement playbooks for repeatable activities, including clinic roll-out, lease agreements, construction, fit-out, consumables, and facility services.</li></ul><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li>Identify, evaluate, select, and manage suppliers to deliver goods or services in line with business needs, including qualification of construction contractors and specialist fit-out partners.</li></ul><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li>Lead negotiations with suppliers to maximise value, minimise risk, and support key business objectives. Manage supplier contracts through their full lifecycle from execution to termination or renewal.</li></ul><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li>Create and manage Purchase Orders, ensuring terms and conditions are clearly defined, delivery dates are met, and goods or services meet expectations.</li></ul><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li>Manage the full lifecycle of material delivery including imports and exports, logistics, storage, and delivery to clinic sites across the EMEA region.</li></ul><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li>Monitor supplier performance and service levels. Build and maintain strong, mutually beneficial relationships with key construction and facilities partners.</li></ul><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li>Act as the primary procurement liaison between suppliers and internal stakeholders, including the Expansion, Engineering, and Finance teams, to align procurement strategies with programme timelines.</li></ul><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li>Support the Finance team to ensure timely supplier payment and resolve invoice queries.</li></ul><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li>Monitor market trends and construction cost indices to support informed procurement decisions and manage supply chain risk across the EMEA clinic portfolio.</li></ul><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li>Prepare reports and dashboards to track procurement performance, cost savings, and KPIs.</li></ul><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li>Ensure all procurement activities are conducted in compliance with internal policies, delegation of authority levels, and applicable regulations.</li></ul><h3>Minimum Qualifications</h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li>7-10 years of experience in procurement, logistics, supply chain, or a related operational role.</li><li>Proven experience in procurement, ideally within construction, fit-out, or facilities services, in a fast-paced, multi-site organisation.</li><li>Strong understanding of source-to-contract activities within the construction and real estate sector, including RFP management, contractor selection, and contract negotiation.</li></ul><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li>Well versed in strategic procurement and supplier relationship management practices.</li></ul><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li>Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects across jurisdictions.</li></ul><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li>Ability to work independently and travel regionally across EMEA as required.</li></ul><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li>Strategic mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and process development.</li></ul><h3>Preferred</h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li>Experience managing clinic or retail roll-out programmes, or analogous multi-site construction environments.</li><li>Proficiency in ERP systems (Business Central or equivalent).</li><li>Procurement professional certification (CIPS or equivalent).</li><li>European language skills, given the EMEA regional scope.</li></ul>Find <a href="https://www.arbeitnow.co.uk">Jobs in United Kingdom</a> on Arbeitnow</a>
