AboutGrowth Operations is the engine room of Chrono24’s commercial execution - connecting Marketing, Supply, and VIP Sales with the analytical rigour and operational structure they need to make faster, better decisions. As Senior GTM Strategy Manager, you will be the analytical and operational backbone of the team, reporting to the Chief of Staff and working directly with Growth leadership - and, where relevant, the broader executive leadership - on the commercial questions that most directly determine our growth trajectory. We use AI tools as a matter of course, not an occasional shortcut. We expect this role to use them to compress the time between question, insight, and decision, and to help raise the standard across the team of what good, AI-enabled work looks like. What you can expect<ul><li>Own research, modelling, and problem-structuring on high-priority strategic questions (e.g. C2C strategy, new go-to-market motions), building scenario analyses rigorous enough to inform decisions and clear enough to present to executive leadership, using AI tools to move faster and think more rigorously.</li><li>Take cross-functional initiatives from framing through to delivery - including the messy middle of stakeholder coordination, dependency management, and keeping things moving; synthesise inputs into decision-ready recommendations and bring your own point of view rather than presenting options neutrally.</li><li>Design and maintain Growth’s internal KPI and performance reporting, working with the Data and BI teams to ensure the right metrics are tracked, defined consistently, and surfaced at the right cadence.</li><li>Identify performance trends, risks, and opportunities across our Marketplace and VIP go-to-market motions, and turn complex data into clear narratives for leadership discussions.</li><li>Own recurring analytical deliverables, including weekly and monthly performance summaries for the Growth leadership team.</li><li>Act as a thought partner on high-priority strategic initiatives such as US market acceleration and new go-to-market motions (e.g. CPO, certification, consignment).</li></ul> What sets you apart<ul><li>5+ years in strategy consulting, investment banking, or a GTM / strategy / business operations role at a top-tier, high-growth technology company.</li><li>You’ve owned outcomes, not just workstreams: as comfortable driving a cross-functional initiative to completion as building the model that justified it.</li><li>Strong analytical skills: able to build a model, stress-test assumptions, and know when the numbers are telling you something real versus something convenient; you understand what they mean, not just what they say.</li><li>Fluent with AI tools: you use LLMs, research agents, and analytical co-pilots as a natural part of how you work, and you’re thoughtful about where they help and where human judgment still leads.</li><li>Commercial instinct and good judgment about where to invest effort; able to communicate findings clearly to senior stakeholders and make structure where there isn’t any.</li><li>Demonstrated interest in ecommerce and marketplaces; knowledge of luxury resale or the watch market is a plus.
