<p>As a Supply Chain Specialist, you will be responsible for the end-to-end supply chain processes of Auterion products. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and external partners, while providing the overall strategic and operational oversight necessary to ensure excellence across our global value chain.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities and Duties</strong></p> <ul> <li>Run the planning, controlling, and optimization of supply chain processes, including procurement, logistics, warehousing, scheduling, and order management</li> <li>Identify and eliminate bottlenecks, redundancies, and inefficiencies across the supply chain</li> <li>Serve as the primary operational go-to person between purchasing, production planning, logistics, engineering and sales — ensuring information flows smoothly and handoffs are seamless</li> <li>Identify, design, and implement improvements to supply chain processes and tools, including&nbsp; ERP configuration, reporting enhancements, and workflow automation</li> <li>Document processes, develop standard operating procedures, and drive adoption&nbsp;</li> <li>Prepare and analyze reports, providing timely and accurate reporting on KPIs (e.g., delivery performance, inventory levels)</li> <li>Actively support daily operations and cross-functional projects</li> <li>Act as the first point of escalation for supply disruptions, component shortages, and logistics failures — driving rapid, solution-oriented resolution with minimal business impact</li> <li>Oversee daily supply chain operations - ensuring purchase orders, shipments, and inventory movements are executed on time and in full</li> <li>Maintain contingency plans and alternative sourcing strategies for critical components and high-risk supply categories</li> <li>Manage relationships with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and other partners</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications and Skills</strong></p> <ul> <li>2+ years of professional experience in a supply chain-related role (e.g., logistics, planning, procurement, customer service)</li> <li>Strong hands-on mentality – willing to support operational tasks as needed</li> <li>High level of flexibility, motivation, and reliability</li> <li>Confident use of Google Workspace (Gsuite)</li> <li>Experience with ERP systems, ideally NetSuite</li> <li>Solid Excel skills and quick understanding of digital tools</li> <li>Fluency in English and German (spoken and written) is required</li> <li>Team player with a structured and proactive working style and strong communication skills</li> <li>EU Citizenship required</li> </ul> <p><strong>Benefits</strong></p> <ul> <li>Flexible working hours</li> <li>Stock Options</li> <li>Generous holiday allowance</li> <li>Pension plan&nbsp;</li> <li>Extended social security package&nbsp;</li> <li>Enhanced maternity &amp; paternity leave</li> <li>Wellpass membership&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>About Auterion</strong></p> <p>We are building the leading software platform for AI-powered autonomous systems for enterprise and government customers.
