Supply Chain Specialist

&lt;p&gt;As a Supply Chain Specialist, you will be responsible for the end-to-end supply chain processes of Auterion products. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and external partners, while providing the overall strategic and operational oversight necessary to ensure excellence across our global value chain.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Responsibilities and Duties&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;ul&gt; &lt;li&gt;Run the planning, controlling, and optimization of supply chain processes, including procurement, logistics, warehousing, scheduling, and order management&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Identify and eliminate bottlenecks, redundancies, and inefficiencies across the supply chain&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Serve as the primary operational go-to person between purchasing, production planning, logistics, engineering and sales — ensuring information flows smoothly and handoffs are seamless&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Identify, design, and implement improvements to supply chain processes and tools, including&amp;nbsp; ERP configuration, reporting enhancements, and workflow automation&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Document processes, develop standard operating procedures, and drive adoption&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Prepare and analyze reports, providing timely and accurate reporting on KPIs (e.g., delivery performance, inventory levels)&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Actively support daily operations and cross-functional projects&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Act as the first point of escalation for supply disruptions, component shortages, and logistics failures — driving rapid, solution-oriented resolution with minimal business impact&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Oversee daily supply chain operations - ensuring purchase orders, shipments, and inventory movements are executed on time and in full&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Maintain contingency plans and alternative sourcing strategies for critical components and high-risk supply categories&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Manage relationships with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and other partners&lt;/li&gt; &lt;/ul&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Qualifications and Skills&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;ul&gt; &lt;li&gt;2+ years of professional experience in a supply chain-related role (e.g., logistics, planning, procurement, customer service)&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Strong hands-on mentality – willing to support operational tasks as needed&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;High level of flexibility, motivation, and reliability&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Confident use of Google Workspace (Gsuite)&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Experience with ERP systems, ideally NetSuite&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Solid Excel skills and quick understanding of digital tools&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Fluency in English and German (spoken and written) is required&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Team player with a structured and proactive working style and strong communication skills&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;EU Citizenship required&lt;/li&gt; &lt;/ul&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Benefits&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;ul&gt; &lt;li&gt;Flexible working hours&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Stock Options&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Generous holiday allowance&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Pension plan&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Extended social security package&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Enhanced maternity &amp;amp; paternity leave&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Wellpass membership&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt; &lt;/ul&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;About Auterion&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;We are building the leading software platform for AI-powered autonomous systems for enterprise and government customers.
