Sales Development Representative

<h3>About the Role</h3><p style="min-height:1.5em">Join the go-to-market team at a Series A HR technology company and help build its outbound sales engine. You will connect with HR, Finance, and executive leaders at multinational businesses, helping grow a modern employee benefits platform.</p><h3>What You'll Do</h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Generate top-of-funnel pipeline and aim to book approximately 10 qualified meetings per month.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Reach enterprise prospects through cold calls, email, LinkedIn, and creative outbound campaigns.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Partner with Account Executives to qualify opportunities and support effective handoffs.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Use AI tools and modern sales technology to automate manual tasks and increase outreach effectiveness.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Share prospect feedback and market insights with Product and Leadership to inform positioning and go-to-market strategy.</p></li></ul><h3>What We're Looking For</h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">One to three years of outbound BDR or SDR experience selling HR technology in a B2B SaaS environment.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">A record of achieving or exceeding quota, ideally at a high-growth startup from Seed through Series C.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Confident cold-calling skills and experience engaging senior HR, Finance, and C-suite stakeholders.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience with CRM systems, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email outreach tools, and ChatGPT or other AI tools for sales workflows.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience working in a hybrid team environment.</p></li></ul><h3>Compensation &amp; Benefits</h3><p style="min-height:1.5em">Base salary is £40,000 to £43,000 per year.
