With us, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills further and be part of an international team.For this, we are looking for you as our Working Student System Administration (all genders).Your mission in detail:<ul><li style="font-family:Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14px;">As our Working Student System Administration, you are the contact person for all hardware and software problems and support the Helpling team with questions regarding the IT infrastructure in our Berlin office.</li><li style="font-family:Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14px;">You support the provisioning and maintenance of our Windows- and OSX-based environment and help provide your colleagues with high-speed, bugless equipment.</li><li style="font-family:Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14px;">You help manage our local networks and support troubleshooting, analysis, and documentation.</li><li style="font-family:Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14px;">You bring your own ideas to improve existing workflows through customized automation.</li><li style="font-family:Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14px;">You help ward off cyber attacks, create backups, and contribute to our overall IT security.</li></ul> WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEEDA vocational training or degree is not the most important thing to us.
