In this role, you’ll drive the test automation strategy, design robust test suites, and ensure the quality and reliability of our products across multiple services and platforms. </p><h3><br>Where Responsibility Meets Real Opportunity…</h3><p><strong>Core QA Responsibilities </strong></p><ul><li>Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and test cases for web, API, and backend services </li><li>Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to define acceptance criteria, ensure comprehensive test coverage and high-quality releases </li><li>Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and monitor test execution results. </li><li>Perform code reviews, mentor junior QA engineers, and promote best practices for test automation </li><li>Investigate and report bugs and issues with detailed reproduction steps and logs </li><li>Ensure test data, environments, and tools are properly maintained and aligned with team needs </li><li>Proactively contribute to our quality culture and participate in improving testing processes </li></ul><p><strong><br>AI & Modern QA Responsibilities </strong></p><ul><li>Utilize AI-powered development and testing tools to accelerate QA processes </li><li>Apply AI-assisted test generation, debugging, and defect analysis techniques </li><li>Evaluate and implement AI-driven QA solutions for automation optimization </li><li>Use tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, or similar AI platforms effectively in daily workflows </li><li>Collaborate with engineering teams on AI-assisted SDLC initiatives</li></ul><p></p><h3><strong>What It Takes to Make an Impact Here…</strong></h3><ul><li>6+ years of professional experience in QA automation </li><li>Strong programming skills in JavaScript/TypeScript and Python. </li><li>Experience with test automation frameworks like Cypress or Playwright </li><li>Solid experience testing RESTful APIs using tools like Postman, REST Assured, or Insomnia </li><li>Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI) </li><li>Deep understanding of software testing principles, test design techniques, and QA methodologies </li><li>Knowledge of version control tools like Git </li><li>Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments </li></ul><p><strong><br>Desirable (but not required): </strong></p><ul><li>Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, Gatling) </li><li>Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS </li><li>ISTQB or other relevant certifications </li><li>Experience in contract testing or TDD/BDD <br></li></ul><h3><strong>Our Engineering Culture</strong>…</h3><ul><li>Ownership over hand-offs Teams own outcomes, not just tasks.</li><li>Quality with speed We move quickly without treating engineering quality as optional.</li><li>Pragmatism over perfection We make deliberate trade-offs based on business and technical context.</li><li>Transparency Risks, mistakes, and disagreements should surface early. </li><li>Continuous improvement Our architecture, processes, and ways of working should get better as we scale.</li><li>Collaboration Great products come from Engineering, Product, Design, Security, Data, and business teams working together.</li></ul><h3><br>The Perks of Being Here…</h3><ul><li><strong>Global, remote, and thriving: </strong> We're a global team of talented individuals spread across 26 countries.
