Refund Policy

Subscriptions

  • You can cancel any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • New paid subscribers may request a full refund within 14 days of the first charge by emailing billing@goh.app.
  • Renewals are non-refundable after the first 48 hours of the new period unless required by law.

Service bookings and marketplace purchases

Refunds for consultations, tours and marketplace services follow the provider's stated policy shown at checkout. If a provider fails to deliver, contact billing@goh.app within 14 days and we will mediate.

Google Play purchases

Purchases made through Google Play Billing are also subject to Google's Google Play refund policy. You can request refunds from your Google Account order history.

Invoices and receipts

Every successful payment generates an invoice you can download from Account โ†’ Billing. Contact us if you need a VAT invoice or updated billing details.
