Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Global Opportunities Hub ("GOH") you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old and legally able to enter contracts in your country. Employers, universities and providers must represent a real, verifiable organisation.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorised use.
4. Subscriptions and billing
- Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account.
- Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may include taxes handled by our payment processor.
- Every successful payment generates an invoice you can download from your account under Billing.
- Refunds follow our Refund Policy. On Google Play, purchases made through Google Play Billing are subject to Google's refund rules as well.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to: post false or misleading opportunities; solicit payments from candidates for jobs; harass, defraud or impersonate others; upload malware; or scrape the platform. Violations may lead to suspension. See our Community Guidelines.
6. AI features
AI outputs are advisory and never a guarantee of a job, visa, scholarship or other outcome. See our AI Disclaimer.
7. Your content
You retain ownership of CVs, documents and posts you upload. You grant GOH a limited licence to store and display them to deliver the service.
8. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from the account page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
9. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, GOH is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and total liability is capped at the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
